Not sure what this was but the tech support rep explained it to me. No complaints and for an extra $10, it is worth it. Saved me time

Scanner was delivered and I turned it on.. Database and favorites were working right off the bat.

For $10, This was worth it. Scanner arrived and really worked out the box. Just had to charge. Highly recommend this.

Loved the Christmas sale they offered for the SDS100, and we will definitely do more business with them
