Although scanner was outside one year. They got me the repair info fast. Money well spent.

So I miss the date by about 2 weeks so they would not cover the repair or renew my warranty. Unbelievable.

Been waiting weeks for my scanner back. Not sure if I will have out of pocket fees.

The warranty was easy to process and both companies were helpful.

Just a year in and scanner got destroyed in a flood. Turns out acts of god are not covered. Wish I knew that going in.
