The email had instructions on how to write to my scanner. Glad I made the choice. Saved me a ton of time.

The SD card came with instruction on how to access my scanlists based on what I chose. Work really well!

Programming confused me for the better part of a month. Happy I chose them to get it done and save me more wasted time.

My husband and I both have the SDS100 and we ordered the programming for both scanners. GREAT SERVICE!

USPS lost the package for a few days and I had to wait a while to get them to replace it. Programming works but not happy with delay.
